Corrections Policy

Corrections Policy

The Creator Insider aims to publish accurate, useful and up-to-date content. The creator economy changes quickly, so some information may become outdated as platforms, tools, pricing, policies and affiliate programmes change.

If you spot something that appears inaccurate, outdated or unclear, we want to know.

What we correct

We may correct or update articles when:

  • A statistic, source or factual claim is inaccurate.
  • A platform rule, product feature, price or commission rate has changed.
  • A link is broken or points to the wrong page.
  • An article needs clearer wording to avoid confusion.
  • A recommendation no longer reflects the current product, tool or market.
  • New information changes the context of an article.

How to request a correction

To request a correction, email info@thecreatorinsider.com with the subject line “Correction request”.

Please include:

  • The article URL.
  • The specific sentence, section or claim you believe needs correcting.
  • Why you believe it is incorrect or outdated.
  • A source or reference, if available.

How we review corrections

We review correction requests based on the information provided, available sources and the context of the article.

If a correction is needed, we may update the article, add clarification, replace outdated information, add a better source, remove a claim or adjust the wording.

Minor edits

We may make minor edits without a formal correction note. This can include spelling, formatting, broken links, clearer wording, updated internal links or small readability improvements.

Material corrections

If an article contains a material error that changes the meaning of the advice or factual claim, we aim to correct it clearly.

Where appropriate, we may add an update note to the article so readers understand what changed.

Product, pricing and platform changes

Many of the tools, platforms and programmes we write about can change their pricing, features, eligibility rules, commission structures or terms.

We try to keep articles current, but readers should always check the latest details directly with the relevant brand, platform, retailer, network or official source before making a decision.
